The buffet table has gone vertical! A local artisan produced these fabulous tiered food displays for us. Various courses are presented on tiers with 360° access for your guests. Thanks to these unique displays, we have been able to easily serve 650+ guests at galas such as the Sundance Film Festival, with no waiting in buffet lines. The response has been huge.
