We’re located at 357 West and 200 South, just one block south and east of the Gateway. It’s a fabulously urban chic building with rough hewn details, wood floors, exposed brick, neutral colors, an outdoor patio and a variety of rooms that can be rented individually or collectively depending on your event needs. The Grand Hall at the Gateway

As one of Utah’s most historic and prestigious venues, The Grand Hall (inside the Union Pacific Depot at the Gateway) is a perfect venue for conventions, weddings, and corporate events. We love how the space has so many options for set up.  For weddings, there is room to have the ceremony in the hall, the cocktail hour on the outdoor patio, and then re-set the hall for dinner and dancing…all in one venue! And for corporate events, it’s perfect for unique “Utah” themed parties with dinner in the Grand Hall followed by cocktails and a concert in “The Depot” right next door. The spectacular wall murals and stained glass windows depict railroads and the west, and the turn-of-the century ticket windows are the real deal!

The Grand Hall is located in the heart of downtown, next to the Salt Palace and the LDS Salt Lake Temple. Capacity: 400 for a seated dinner, and 1,000 reception style.View more of our events at The Grand Hall on our website “corporate tours” page under: Governors Conference “Late Night”, Subaru, Novell, Servenet, Xango, and General Electric.

McCune Mansion, Salt Lake City

Harken back to old world splendor at this historical downtown Salt Lake venue. The mansion was completed in 1901 by railroad tycoon and entrepreneur Alfred W. McCune. It features room after room filled with beautiful materials sourced from around the world including Irish marble, French tapestries and South American mahogany. The walls are adorned with gold leaf hand gilding and exquisite murals. Outdoor patios and balconies are available during the spring, summer and fall. If you’re looking for the elegance and refinement of days gone by, you’ll love the McCune Mansion. Click on the photo for more info.
