Culinary Crafts’s Pop Up Restaurant: New Dates Announced!

By

We were SO excited about how the very first Culinary Crafts Pop Up Restaurant turned out!  It was an AMAZING night and we can't wait for the next one.  So, for those who missed our 1st Pop Up Restaurant at Snuck Farm, make sure you get tickets for the next one on September 19th in Pleasant Grove (plus we have another in Salt Lake coming up in October.)   Check out the details below! popupCC_092015 After creating a completely sold-out, wildly successful farm-to-fork themed pop up restaurant in August, Culinary Crafts moves on to a wonderful Chefs’ Dinner at our headquarters in Pleasant Grove for our September pop up. Culinary Crafts has been awarded as Utah’s best caterer for 12 years running, and provides a window and a welcome to its hand-crafted food in a special “pop up” restaurant setting featuring a chefs’ menu highlighting Autumn harvest ingredients. This unique 10-course dinner, inspired by Mary Crafts and the chefs at Culinary Crafts, is cooked right in front of you – all the action and aromas are right there! The restaurant pops up for a night and then disappears, offering you a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience. This special evening will be the one and only event ever offered in the sleek, modern loft-like space next to Culinary Crafts’ amazing production kitchens. It is a must for foodies! The evening begins with an aperitif and tasty nibbles in our own chefs’ kitchens – with a tour of our state-of-the-art facilities by partner and food expert, Ryan Crafts – the ultimate Chefs’ Tour and table. Then, seated for dinner, imagine seared tenderloin of elk with a Utah apple, ginger and date chutney and a roasted green onion sauce, gorgeous crab claws in drawn butter, and a sous vide Cornish game hen that melts in your mouth, surrounded by poached grapes. In addition to other courses, the evening concludes with our house-made gelato – a true Italian confection made in the classic Neapolitan style. Less than 20 of these true gelato machines exist in the U.S., and there is one of these miracles right here in Utah to serve you! The chefs will cook, create and finish dishes right in the dining room. Questions are answered, courses are introduced, the living is easy, and the camaraderie of the table is paramount. Ryan Crafts, the knowledgeable and passionate partner of Culinary Crafts, will be on-hand to meet and greet you, as well as new Executive Corporate Chef David James Robinson, who has cooked for Presidents, Prime Ministers, Kennedy’s and Oscar winners. In order to attend this exclusive event, you must purchase your tickets in advance. They are very limited, and only 64 seats are available. Tickets are a special all-inclusive price of $125 for the 10-course feast, and are selling quickly. Don’t delay! Saturday, September 19th 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Culinary Crafts, 573 W. State Street, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062.
