A Gorgeous Autumn Mountain Wedding
Hello all! Today on the blog, I wanted to share this gorgeous natural beauty of a wedding held at the STUNNING venue, Aspen Meadows. This day really let the beauty of nature speak the loudest and I thought it would be a perfect event to share on this beautiful day! Check it out!
Is this not just jaw-droppingly beautiful? Photographer extraordinaire, Pepper Nix, captured the dazzling setting just perfectly.
The design was natural and understated, like I said, this couple really wanted to harness all of the beauty that the mountains and venue had to offer.
I also love these little succulents that were added to the floral arrangements on the tables. So cute and brought a pop of green to the soft palette.
Of course, we served our house made breads. No dinner would be complete without them! We also loved serving local Uinta Brewing's 21st Anniversary Birthday Suit Ale. Yum!
The couple chose to serve a buffet of delicious dishes, including this fresh Caprese Salad and also a Green Salad with Roasted Corn, Apples, and Citrus Vinaigrette. Yum!
We also served Grilled Utah Trout with Moroccan Tomato Jam and Mashed Potatoes topped with Microgreens.
As if those dishes weren't enough, we also served Slow Cooked Shortribs with Rosemary, Onions, and Carrots and a Roasted Vegetable Medley. SO GOOD!
This couple kept it simple with the desserts being cupcakes and a small cake for them to cut. Love their cake toppers!
Aren't the cupcakes beautiful? And, of course, Mary Crafts-Homer was on scene making sure everything was perfect!
Lastly, I had to show you a close up of this cake! It was a pretty on the inside as it was on the outside! And yummy, to boot!
We LOVED this wedding and were so thrilled with how it all came together! We hope it inspires you to take in all of the natural beauty you have at your disposal in any event you are planning! Go out and enjoy the day! Happy dreaming, everyone!
