This inspiration shoot was AMAZING and not only is Culinary Crafts excited to share it because it's just GORGEOUS, but we also had the pleasure of teaming up with Leslie Dawn Events and Utah Valley Bride Magazine, to create this ultra romantic "Enchanted Evening"!  Check it out! The gorgeous color palette consisting of deep, moody blues and purples with striking pops of copper through out.  Such a pretty combo! How pretty are these menus from West End Girl?!  It perfectly pulls in the blues and plays off the copper table settings beautifully. Love, love, love the blue stemware  and copper votives. Culinary Crafts made a sophisticated salad of Mesclen greens, pears, candied walnuts, and Stilton cheese with a balsamic vinaigrette that tied into the table design amazingly. We also coupled with our pumpkin flat bread and black pepper brioche for a tasty bread pairing for this simply beautiful meal. This shoot allowed us to create some of our prettiest desserts to match this stunning palette!  Seriously, so much fun to create this menu! First up, our Petite Olive Oil and Wine Cakes topped with Sugared Violets and our Lovely Petite Lemon Pudding Cakes with Fresh Berries.  Yum! And, we didn't stop there!  We also served Pistachio and Blackberry Macarons and Lavender and Rosemary Shortbreads. And last, but certainly not least, this decadent dish is our Bete Noir with Amarina Gelato, Spun Sugar, Berry Coulis and Chocolate Drizzle.  SOOOOO good. Isn't this cake from Dolce Bella by Erin pretty?  Love the metallic accents!
