- 2 lbs Brussels sprouts (trimmed and cut in half)
- 1 Apple (any variety)
- ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP honey
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1/3 tsp allspice
- 1/3 tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground mustard
- 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and Pepper
