Beauty and Her Feast Editorial Shoot!
By ACecala
Today, we are showcasing this simply romantic editorial shoot we did that you may have seen in Utah Valley Bride magazine as well as our new bridal ad! We love our Beauty and Her Feast menu and the spectacular vendor team put together an AMAZINGLY gorgeous shoot! Check it out!
This beautiful tablescape was captured perfectly by Heather Nan Photography, don't you think?! Plus, isn't this setting so dreamy?
Love
The rentals from Diamond Rental were so elegant and added a textural element to the table that we loved. Plus, the paper goods from Ann Elizabeth Print Studio were so lovely. The hand torn edges and wax seal on the menus were such a great element that took them over the top!
We loved these simple Short Rib Lettuce Wraps on golden plates - So pretty and delicious! Plus, of course we had to have a cocktail that tied into the palette so we created this Hibiscus Rose Cocktail with Hibiscus Tea, Rose Hips, Vodka, and Ginger Beer!
Next, our salad course was a hearty Blood Beet Greens Salad with Sorrel, Roasted Beets, Goat Cheese, Oranges, Pistachios, and a Citrus Vinaigrette. Earthy and complex, we also loved the way this plate tied in with the table's colors!
Next, our fish course was a Butter-Poached Red Trout with Israeli Couscous and Roasted Peppers. Light and beautiful! Plus, don't you love our black tie service? What a way to make your event feel elegant and high end!
Of course, with a decadent plated menu, we love serving an intermezzo course. In the summer months, our house made Blood Orange Sorbet is perfect for cleansing your palette AND cooling off your guests! Love it!
Next, our entree course was a Pork Saltimbocca with Roasted Roma Tomatoes and Fried Sage. We loved incorporating seasonal produce into this dish!
And, of course, then came dessert! These Black Forest Petite Bundt Cakes were so delcious!!! And, we loved the natural stone plates. What an unexpected and beautiful element!
I can't but help share the breathtaking florals by Soil and Stem and the amazing stained glass cake by Carries Cakes! Aren't they pretty?!
Of course, we had to do a bit of a dessert selection, so we also served Vanilla Bean Rose Cupcakes with a rose frosting design, Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts, and Chocolate Dipped Bosc Pears! All served with these pretty glass bell jar tops. How fun!
We loved this shoot and thought it was brimming with so much good stuff! I think you'll agree. :) We hope it inspires all of you to get creative with your events and add some additional elements to take it over the top! Happy planning, everyone!
