DECEMBER 1st, 6:30-8:30 - Holiday Candy & Chocolate
Enjoy the cocoa bean that changed history, as well as other decadent treats, with Head Pastry Chef Jocelyn Gillies
Do you want to learn how to create your own delicious candies and chocolates? This class is perfect for people looking for home made holiday gift ideas or a candy connoisseur just wanting to learn new things!

Friday Instagram of the Week!
Well, we here at Culinary Crafts had a whirlwind week! Not only did we have our VERY first Farmer's Market AND announced our upcoming Pop Up Restaurant Series, but we also hosted the Art of Catering Food Conference with Catersource this week! There were SO many amazing people who attended - and SO many awesome Instagram posts to choose from! So, I decided to make it a double winner week! First, we have an awesome capture of the Iced Cilantro Hibiscus Tea-ini bar inspiration that we shared with the attendees, one of whom was @peacockspantry, and the other capture is of our very own Mary Crafts-Homer riding the mechanical bull at one of the activities we lined up, shared by @pbsproul! We loved all of the fun, inspiration, and food we got to enjoy during the conference and we so pleased to share just as much inspiration to attendees as we soaked up! Such an amazing week and thank you to everyone who came and made all of the events so memorable! As I'm sure you all know, Father's Day is coming up soon - and Culinary Crafts is here to help! Are you thinking you have NO IDEA what you should get for the dads in your life? Well, how about an AMAZING cooking class, taught by our very own Ryan Crafts, all about the art of grilling! This class is perfect for any guy you'd like to show appreciation to - plus if you already have Father's Day taken care of, it's great for a date night, fun night out, or just to get one step closer to being a grill master! Our Easter Menu Cooking Class was a HIT!
We love this pic of Meagan taking charge on the baking side of things! Mary and Meagan were AWESOME together and a perfect instruction team!
Isn't this great? We love it when young chefs come to class and this young man rocked the cake decoration for the Easter Basket cake!
We had a full house and we made sure to fill them up on DELICIOUS food including our Signature Orange Rolls, Rosemary Orange Pork Loin, and a lovely spring salad!
Doesn't it look yummy?
The finished Orange Roll Bread 'Nest' and Easter Basket Cake are SO FUN! Definitely a holiday favorite for us at Culinary Crafts!
