Hopefully, you all read our post yesterday on our AWESOME cooking classes, the most recent of which was Mary's Super Bowl Fun & Fabulous!  It was AMAZING and if you are sad that you missed it, well never fear!  We have another one coming up on January 22nd at 7pm in our spiffy new building in Pleasant Grove - and its ONLY $50!  This class is called "Cooking for a Lifestyle Change" and lead by the extremely talented Aubrey Niccoli, who happens to be the "better" half of our Executive Chef, Marco Niccoli!  Aubrey is a personal chef with a passion for heath and fitness and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her lead this fantastic class!  Check it out! This is the beautiful Aubrey who brings many, many years of culinary skill and a wealth of healthy recipes that is sure to inspire everyone to be healthy without being boring OR (most importantly) without sacrificing taste! Last week, we here at Culinary Crafts hosted Mary Crafts-Homer's cooking class, "SUPER BOWL FUN AND FABULOUS" that guaranteed to make you "the star player but not stuck in the kitchen!"   It was SO. MUCH. FUN!  Of course, the class was chock full of awesome recipes, tips, tricks, and DELICIOUS food!  We had such a blast and got some great pics to share!  Check it out! Mary Crafts-Homer, Vicki Skeem, and Jocelyn Gillies were the top chefs in charge who brought some serious yummy-ness and tasty dishes for the students! What a great turnout!  These cooking classes are perfect for a couple's date night, girl's day out, foodie friends who just want to learn more, or pretty much anyone looking for a fun activity with amazing eats! One of the AMAZING dishes Mary created was the brand new recipe for Carmelized Onion, Bacon, and Goat Cheese Roll-Ups.  And yes!  They tasted just as good as they look! We loved the hands on experience for the attendees!  And if those Roll-Ups weren't great enough, we also did two varieties of sliders: Pulled Pork and Meatball; Buffalo Wing Dip for a new spin on a vegetable dip where we actually put the blue cheese and the chicken IN the dip (SO GOOD!); all different flavors for gourmet popcorn including Parmesan, White Truffle, Black Pepper, and even White Chocolate Peppermint; Fresh Hot Pumpkin Donuts straight from the oven (not the frying pan!); and to top it off, we taught everyone how to make Gourmet Italian Sodas instead of just serving regular soda pop!  YUMMMMMM!
