I'd like to give a little "shout out" to our staff who are currently attending Catersource 2011 in Las Vegas this week!  What is Catersource, you may ask?  Well its most recognizably a magazine most of the time, but once a year they host a truly fantastic conference and tradeshow!  They are all about educating caterers around the nation and sharing the newest trends, tips, and ideas to keep us all on the cutting edge and inspiring us to set new trends in our industry!  So, you can see why we are totally thrilled to participate every year.  This year - today actually - our very own Ryan Crafts will be doing a presentation about buffet building on the trade show floor in front of 5000 people!  Let's wish him good luck (we know he'll do amazingly!) and I personally can't wait to find out all the new things our staff has learned!  Have fun guys!
