Chef and A Child Event
Culinary Crafts recently participated in Big Brothers Big Sisters' annual fundraising event Chef and a Child with a live action station. As one of more than a dozen action stations, we were so excited to stand shoulder to shoulder with other talented chefs from throughout the Salt Lake culinary community. With such a deep-rooted network in Utah, 25 years in the making, Culinary Crafts always takes pleasure in joining in events that benefit our community and work to improve life in Utah. It was an evening filled with enthusiasm for great food and for giving back to the community. Our contribution, one of only a handful desserts that evening, was big hit! Who could resist our dessert library filled with chocolate passion fruit creme brulee served on a caramelized cocoa nib tuile and garnished with passion fruit meringue?!
