Culinary Crafts Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

In honor of #NationalChocolateChipCookieDay we're sharing with you our delicious recipe for the cookies we make in-house! Chocolate chip cookies are a national staple for dessert night. We love this recipe because it's the perfect combination of soft, chewy, and caramel favor. They will be the best cookies you will have ever eaten! Culinary Crafts chocolate chip cookies recipe www.culinarycrafts.com Culinary Crafts Chocolate Chip Cookies Serves 90
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 pound dark brown sugar
  • 1 pound granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbs vanilla (use our homemade vanilla recipe!)
  • ⅓ cup corn syrup
  • 1 pound all purpose flour
  • 1 pound cake flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 pounds of chocolate chips (We like the large Guittard chips)
Directions:
  1. Cream butter, and sugars together in a mixer
  2. Add eggs, vanilla, and corn syrup, mix until combined
  3. Sift together flours, soda, and salt. Add to mixer and mix.
  4. Add chocolate chips and mix just until combined
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  6. Spray sheet pans, and scoop ¼ cup of dough and place 12 to a sheet.
  7. Lightly depress cookies before putting them in the oven. Back for 6 minutes, rotate pan, and cook another 6 minutes.
  8. Take out and let cool.
