An Elegant Culinary Crafts Wedding at Abravanel Hall!
By ACecala
Now, I know that we here at Culinary Crafts have been all about BBQs lately - and who can blame us? It's summer! BUUUUT, we just got this wedding back from Jalene Taylor Photography and we could not wait to share it with you all. Check it out!
Oh, and did I mention that this stunning wedding took place at Abravanel Hall? How cool is that? We simply love this place as a venue!
And, how cute is this couple?! We also LOVE their custom monogram. So perfect for the feel of the space!
This event was so elegant and sophisticated. Gold chivari chairs? Check! A palate of black, white, gold, and pops of coral-y pinks? Check! Flowers by Julie Prince Flowers? Check! So pretty!
Culinary Crafts had so much fun with this menu. We had three stations with completely different offerings, 2 of which were awesome action stations! The first, a delicious trio of "martini" salads! Yum!
This 'Chilean" Martini Salad was garnished with Tomato, Onion, Avocado, Feta, Arugula, and a Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette. So yummy!
Next we had a play on a potato salad with Roasted Potatoes, Red Onion, Pancetta, Carrot, and Frisée - plus, of course, we paired it with house-made Parmesan Breadsticks.
Lastly, but certainly not least, we served an 'Israeli' Martini Salad with Romaine, Red Pepper, Couscous, Cucumber, Scallion, Mint, and a Honey Vinaigrette. Lovely!
At this elegant occasion, we had to step up the beverages to match! So, we served a selection of Ginger Pomegranate Ade, Lime Mint Mojito, Pineapple Rosemary Spritzer, and Water infused with Fresh Fruits. Isn't it so colorful and pretty?
The next action station included a trio of sliders! My favorite! First up? We served Pulled Turkey Sliders with Parmesan Rosemary House Kettle Chips.
Next, a Pulled Pork Slider paired with Chipotle Lime House Kettle Chips and also the 'Americana' Beef Slider with Parmesan Black Pepper House Kettle Chips. The guests LOVED the variety of the offerings! Plus, who doesn't love a slider?
We love the inherent beauty of Abravanel Hall! The Olympic Tower glass statue is seriously SO amazing!

Last, of course there was a bevvy of beautiful desserts! And we are so happy to have been able to showcase them on this sequined linen - seriously, such a great way to accent a space! Plus, isn't the cake so pretty?
We were all about variety at this wedding! So, of course, there were a bunch of desserts, including Mini Key Lime Pies and Chocolate Truffle Fudge Cake. Mmmm...
Aren't these S'mores in a Jar the cutest?! Seriously, so YUMMY.
We also served Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons and Mini Strawberry Shortcakes! Decisions, decisions... :)
We loved being a part of Danielle and William's timeless and elegant wedding! It was an AMAZING day and we loved all of the creative eats we got to serve! Hopefully, this inspires you to have some fun with your wedding menu, even at an elegant fête like this one! Happy planning, everyone!
