Featured: Erica Richards Wedding

Today's wedding is a gorgeous example of elegance, beauty, and family.  Here's a little bit about it from Mary: "Planing this wedding was a "family affair" with everyone involved including the Erica--the bride, Susan--her mother, and John--her father! Sometimes this can be a difficult situation but not with this family.  They were delightful from the first meeting to the last!  Guests were greeted into a dazzling chandelier-lit tent with gorgeous florals by Holly Fowler of Hollyhocks.  Erica took my advice and started her reception later in the evening to take advantage of the dusky sky, and her luscious colors of watermelon and pink were the perfect combination for this summer evening.  I designed a series of chef-action stations to entertain the guests including "The Martini Salad Station", Thai Lettuce Wraps, Tuscan Summer Pasta, Americana Beef Carvery, and Flaming Crepe Suzettes.   It's amazing how festive a simple water station can be when it is done right!  A favorite of the evening was the mobile gelato station serving our scrumptious signature ice cream.  A wedding fit for a princess such as Erica."

Simply stunning!  A wedding that makes me wish we could hold on to the fleeting summer just a little longer.  Have a wonderful weekend!
