What could be more magical than a winter wonderland wedding? I loved Ashlynn’s little fur wrap to keep her warm during the outdoor photos! The ceremony was inside her parents home in The Colonies in Park City. To make sure there was plenty of room for the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, a large clear tent with a built-out deck served as the ballroom for the evening. My favorite hors d’oeuvre was the smoked trout with caper berry, and guests loved the artisan cheese boards for noshing. Dinner began with a winter deconstructed salad and our house-made specialty breads. The bride and groom selected a duo entree of beef and trout so guests didn’t have to choose, but could try both of the entrees. Cake pops and wedding cake completed the dessert as guests danced the night away. No one could tell it was 10 degrees outside the tent!
Thank you, Elevated Events, for another fabulous wedding. Love, Mary
