One of Utah’s biggest and longest standing wedding icons is the Joe Muscolino Band, so when Joe told me his son was getting married at Red Cliff Ranch, I was very honored to design and cater their celebration! Christine wanted a simple rustic wedding with just a few touches of color but nothing to overwhelm the beauty of the ranch. A delicious, local Utah menu with mesquite-grilled red trout, local produce, and our artisan breads led the way to the perfect dinner buffet. My favorite part was the Culinary Crafts homemade pie bar! You can see from the faces of these destination guests, it was a celebration that will be long remembered.
