Claire is from Utah, but met her Italian groom while serving an LDS mission in Italy. She selected Red Cliff Ranch as the perfect location to give all her new Italian family a taste of Utah. We greeted guests with signature lemonades, maple glazed salmon, and my favorite: roasted heirloom carrots with sea salt. The Italians certainly know good cheese and they swooned over our local artisan cheeses. Summer weddings get the best of Utah’s harvest with colorful salads, house-made breads, and mesquite smoked tri-tip.
