Designing the menus for our pop-up restaurants is one of our favorite things! We select a theme for the evening and then our creative minds go wild. We selected honey and salt for this harvest time menu and featured wonderfully flavored Utah honeys and 13 different salts from around the world to perfectly season each course of the evening. Our venue for the evening was Snuck Farm which supplies all our greens, herbs, and edible flowers. This is the heart of farm to table! Love, Mary
