A huge thank you to Fuse Weddings and Events for bringing us on board for this event and introducing us to Kathryn. I love working with a client who loves food and trusts us to be creative with the menu. This 3-day birthday celebration kicked off at the client’s gorgeous Park City home with chef action stations, charcuterie, and tray passed appetizers. Check out the venison tartare with black cherry gastrique and quail egg. Day 2 took the group to a private club on Main Street where they partied the night away with Flo Rida. We weren’t there that night, but couldn’t help to include some of the photos. Day 3 had us back up at the home for a hangover brunch. Cooked to order omelettes with orders taken by strolling models, bloody Mary and mimosa bar, individual parfaits, and a hangover helper smoothie bar were just some of the things on the menu that morning.
