When one of our own gets married, the staff and chefs always want to make sure they have a wonderful experience, but you can only imagine when the groom is the executive chef! Marco and Aubrey chose to tie the knot at our beautiful Tasting Room in downtown Salt Lake City. The ceremony was in the VIP Lounge followed by a “small plates” formal dinner. Since both the bride and groom are chefs, they designed the menu that we executed with perfection. Guests were seated at a single long table with a continual flow of different tastes and textures. One of the best parts of the evening is that our family got to be guests at the celebration rather than the workers! Congratulations, Marco and Aubrey . . . you are a match made in heaven.
