Marie and Chase Idleman

This bride and groom look like they belong in high-end fashion magazine. Gorgeous! I love working with Mara Marian at Fuse Weddings and Events as she thinks of every detail to make the bride’s vision come to life. The Natural History Museum of Utah has many restrictions on our cooking and use of flame at the museum, but with careful planning we executed this stunner with grace. Brides are loving the artisan cheese stations for noshing during the cocktail hour. Family-style dinners are very trendy right now and from the looks of the beautiful and delicious family-style serving plates, you can see why! Cabernet braised short ribs, local trout, homemade gnocchi, salads, and rolls. Yum! During the dancing party, we offered an artisan local chocolate tasting with lavender shortbread cookies. The best part of the night? Mini sweet potato bundt cakes with warm caramel pecan sauce. Thank you to Elisha Braithwaite Photography for these breathtaking photos! Love, Mary
