I have a special relationship with all my Red Cliff brides and Michaela was no exception. Nick and Michaela are the cutest couple and planned so many fun details to make this a memorable day for everyone. From the bar snacks on all the cocktail tables of “caramel bacon cashews” and chips & salsa to the grand buffet, the food was fabulous. One of my favorite photos is of the bride as she sees the lemon caper salmon and carved skirt steak . . .yum! When the additional party guests arrived, we served a Southwestern and Mediterranean mashed potato bar, homemade fruit cobblers and gelato, and a fun gourmet popcorn bar! The food and surprises just kept coming all night.
