Rachel and Paul’s wedding is featured in Salt Lake/Park City Bride and Groom magazine and when you see their movie-star faces, you’ll know why! I loved working with the amazing couple from the beginning as this California bride and groom first called me to help them find a fabulous mountain venue. We toured many ranches, but when I took Rachel to TAG Ranch, she had found her perfect location! TAG had just what she wanted: ceremony among the prairie grass, wood barn for the cocktail hour, and dinner and dancing under the stars. I loved designing her whole menu: local goat cheese and tomato crostini, roasted heirloom carrots on a nail board, seared scallops with almond caper butter, plated 1st course watermelon salad, local greens with lemon vinaigrette and Parmesan, and grilled Snake River steak with everyone receiving their own individual dish of Mary’s macaroni and cheese! Culinary Crafts made the wedding cake along with the flaming donuts. I was on hand to serve and walk guests through all the steps of a custom cheese and chocolate tasting. Wow. What an incredible night! Thanks to Shellie Ferrer Events for being on site and making sure all the details were perfect.
