We love venues that showcase Utah’s mountains and great outdoors. This event for the Western Governors’ Association hosted the who’s who of the West and began with passed hors d’oeuvres and music, while our chefs grilled fresh local trout, flank steak, tender ribs, and Dutch oven potatoes. Our signature updated chocolate s’mores and strawberry shortcakes ended the evening!
