I love all food, but my favorite is undoubtedly the hamburger. A good burger requires a lot of care and attention to detail. No shortcuts can be taken; you have to take the scenic route. This dinner was so much fun to plan and serve. The final cut of the menu included a wide array of my personal summer favorites: grilled sweet peppers, wood-fired breads, strawberry shortcake, and (in my humble opinion) Utah’s best burger with homemade chocolate ketchup. I loved hosting the event at Snuck Farm because they are not just an amazing green house growing fantastic greens and herbs; they are also a gorgeous venue, truly a jewel of our local community.
