Vanessa and Ashley, two top notch chefs, recently moved to Park City from working in Gordon Ramsay’s London restaurant. When wedding bells started to ring, who could they call in Utah to execute their detailed vision of the perfect wedding day? There was only one choice for them; they could trust Culinary Crafts to meet and exceed every expectation. The evening started with signature cocktails with Utah’s High West Whiskey and Vodka. I loved all of the cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres but my favorites were the lamb carpaccio and the black bean cake with salmon roe and dill creme fraiche. Our big hard wood grills were invaluable for charring peppers, smoking the squid, and searing the beef. The dinner was served with a combination of French service/family-style all to specific instructions from the bride. The 3 unique flavors of bruschetta were the hit of the night along with the cucumber ribbon with compressed cantaloupe. Because of the full exposure of the west sun, the couple opted to start a little later to take advantage of the gorgeous twilight hours.
