Happy St. Patrick's Day!  In honor of the green isle, I couldn't help but share this pretty plate we put together for a fabulous inspiration shoot a couple of months ago!  Love the vibrant greens and I think it's a good note that you don't have to feel like you need to make only the Irish classics to celebrate with a little green!  (Although, the Irish classics are delicious, so there's nothing wrong with making them too!)  There are so many fabulous dishes that are just naturally hued green - like our roasted white cauliflower crisp with brussel sprout leaves, pea shoots and lemon-garlic vinaigrette.  Yum!  Hope you have a wonderfully green St. Patrick's Day, everyone!  Happy celebrating!
