ICA Culinary Learning Journey: Part I

By

CLJPart1 As we announced earlier this week, Culinary Crafts's very own Mary Crafts-Homer is leading the ICA's Culinary Learning Journey throughout Utah this year!  We are so thrilled and wanted to share some of the fabulous activities we've attended and give a shout out to the various stops we've made for the tour in just the first three days!  We've enjoyed lodging at The Grand America, who have flawlessly provided breakfast every morning in their Garden Room and served amazing cocktails each evening in their Lounge; eaten FABULOUSLY at Franck's, Pago, From Scratch, and Forage; sampled the wares of fine culinary artisans like Beehive Cheese, Ruth Lewandowski Wines, Chocolat, Slide Ridge, and Hive Winery; been served a delicious Al Fresco lunch from another one of Utah's fine catering companies, Le Croissant; and visited sights not-to-miss while in Utah like the Temple Square (including a choir concert), The Sundance Outlet Store, and This is The Place State Park.  WHEW!  So many AMAZING activities and we still have two days left!  We will be bringing you more from our whirlwind journey, so stay tuned everyone!  Happy learning!
