Our wonderful clients are the heart and soul of our business.  They inspire us to keep on creating new and interesting ideas while sticking to our motto that most importantly, the food must taste good!  During the next few months I'll meet with hundreds of brides, listening while they describe their dreams and ideas for their receptions.  It's funny because with as many weddings as I have produced, you would think that we run out of ideas.  But, it is so true, that each and every Bride is unique and each and every reception reflects the unique style and ideas of her alone.  Every year, I look forward to this time of year where we get to play fairy princesses in making girl's dreams come true!   While some blogs may be about a particular wedding I am planning, others will be dedicated to our phenomenal vendors we partner with to create stellar events time and time again.  I am so grateful for the network of talented people I have grown to know and love over the years and I am looking forward to featuring each and every one of them!  Warm Regards, Rachel Heimer
