Prunus Maximus Prunus are a genus of flowering trees and shrubs that bloom mostly in shades of white to pink. Cherry, Plum, Almond are among this variety and can make a big dramatic statement when included in springtime floral arangements. I love  the organic look of twisted branches of flowering Dogwood in bloom in vivid pinks and white.
