Spotlight: Executive Sous Chef Marco Niccoli

It's time for another spotlight on yet another one of our talented staff who helps to make our company the wonderful place it is.  Today, we'll be spotlighting Marco Niccoli, Culinary Crafts's executive sous chef!  Here's a short bio from Kaleb: "Marco Niccoli has been with our company for 6 years now and he actually started as one of our event waiters.  Deciding he really loved food and the food service industry, he pursued this love through his time at culinary school.  He then spent a year in our bakery as assistant pastry chef until he moved into his current position of Executive Sous Chef.  Marco is recently married and they just had their first little one.  When he is not putting in hours making sure our food is top notch, his daughter Luna and his wife Tristan take up a lot of his time and he wouldn't have it any other way!"
