Utah Bride & Groom Feature – A Timeless, Romantic Wedding | Wednesday Wisdom

By

We are excited to share the next jaw-droppingly gorgeous wedding featured in our AMAZING local bridal magazines!  This one, featured in the beautiful Utah Bride & Groom Magazine, is a classic and timeless event full of romantic and beautiful touches.  Held at the High Star Ranch, we loved the way the setting elevated this wedding from beautiful to knockout!  This New York couple wanted to create a relaxed, peaceful, and memorable day for their guests and we think it worked out stunningly!  The barn was a perfect setting for the guests's family style dinner, created and served by yours truly, Culinary Crafts!  We loved this wedding and hope you do too!  Without further ado, check it out! The GORGEOUS layout n Utah Bride & Groom magazine featuring photos from the talented Britt Chudleigh!  We also could resist sharing some of our photos from the day, so here's a bit more of this pretty wedding! We loved the chic lounge furniture admist the mountain background.  This created perfect space for the guests to relax and mingle during the reception! What BEAUTIFUL details, right?  We can't resist the natural beauty of Sarah Winward's Honey of a Thousand Flowers florals (they never cease to amaze!) and the flawless planning by Utah Events by Design. Guests we treated to Utah local cheeses and honey and passed hors d'oeuvres including Basil-Crusted Sea Scallops, Watermelon topped with Soy Glaze and Utah Pistachios, and Ahi Tuna with Sesame Soy Crisps.  They also whetted their guests's whistles with lavender infused lemonade.  Yum! The long vineyard tables, burlap runners, silver candlesticks, tall candles, and soft pink flowers created a feeling of warmth, romance, and classic beauty. Prosciutto Wrapped Lemon Sage Chicken , House Made Fennel Slaw, Ricotta Gnocchi, and Grilled Skirt Steak with Potato Artichoke Hash were the scrumptious offering served family style.  This is DEFINITELY one of our favorite ways to served dinner to guests.  It encourages interaction, conversation, and sharing - all of which is great for the joining of two families! The barn was a STUNNING venue for the vineyard tables and we loved the strung lights that created a soft light that was fun and unique! The couple's favors were S'mores, cutely packaged, naturally!  And this cake, made by Cake Dame was the ultimate in refined simplicity!  Not to mention, we loved that each tier had its own unique flavor - amaretto, lemon poppy, chocolate, and banana nut!  Delish! This wedding was SO pretty and we are so thankful that Utah Bride and Groom chose it for their 2013 edition!  Remember, there's even more beautiful features to come, so stay tuned!
