We here at Culinary Crafts are always on the look out for new, great venues for events and recently we came across the brand, spankin' new Publik Coffee space! Not only do the team at Publik Coffee Roasters brew a fine cup of coffee (and chai... and tea... and hot chocolate... and mint limeade...) but they also serve up a fine selection of gourmet toast, pastries, and muffins. Oh ya, AND they have an incredible space for rent there too! We were so bowled over by the space and the possibilities, that we couldn't wait to share it with everyone! Check it out!
Publik Coffee Roasters has its main space on 975 W. West Temple in downtown Salt Lake City, but if you are in the Park City area, they also serve up drinks and edibles at their second location in the Kimball Art Center. (Plus another location is in the works in the Avenues!) One of the many great things about Publik? They do their best to embody their philosophy of "Planet over Profit" and strive to salvage, reclaim, and be green just as much as possible. Plus, they use solar panels for power AND their buildings are LEED certified to boot! A company after our heart, I tell you!
Yummmm.... Delicious toast offerings and a fine beverage that is beautiful to boot. What more could you ask for?
This is the fabulous conference room that you can reserve for use (they have rates by the hour), as well as the gorgeous space that Publik Coffee Roasters uses for its day to day cafe operations. How great is the industrial feel and the use of the reclaimed wood? LOVE.
Now we get to the main event (space)! This fabulous (and large) space is SOOOO cool! We love the industrial vibe, the exposed brick walls, and the reclaimed wood accents. Perfect for the non-traditional bride or a fabulous corporate event. The potential uses are just phenomenal!
We cannot WAIT to do our first event there! And thank you so much to the Publik Coffee team for giving Salt Lake another fabulous event space! So awesome and we think it'll be AMAZING! Go grab some coffee and toast there next time you are in Salt Lake or Park City, and take a look around. You'll love it! Happy exploring, everyone!
